POSITION INFORMATION

• Hours:
  
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.

Position summary:

The Financial Clearance Representative completes the registration process and ensure benefits are verified and applied to encounters correctly. They educate patients on their insurance benefits and what they will be responsible for after their services and also assist patients with their billing and/or financial assistance application process.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:
  
  • High School or GED, some college helpful.
  • 35 wpm, Medical Terminology, and Insurance back-ground.
• Required length and type of experience:
  
  • One (1) year registration and/or patient accounts required.
