Our growing team is currently looking to add an executive level Sales Manager to its roster. Prestigious Real Estate Firm and market leader is looking for a confident, high energy, outgoing, optimistic trailblazer to work with our existing staff team and Broker/Owner. This is a full time, multi-faceted role and an integral part of the firm in which you will serve as a coach, mentor and an advocate for our elite group of Realtors®, while remaining committed to company's standards, values and to achieving the team's goals.

As the primary point of contact for our agents, the incumbent will lead the team by hiring, training, consulting, and coaching while demonstrating management ability, industry and market knowledge, and the habits of a high-achieving agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, advocating philanthropy, commitment to company growth and upholding our company culture and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales associates (40+ individuals) and provide leadership, training and coaching
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals
  • Assistance to help set individual sales goals and follow up with quarterly reviews for Realtors®
  • Hold agents accountable to their sales goals and ensure that they have and use the tools and resources available to capitalize their business
  • Adopt and promote the "Ninja Selling" approach
  • Plan and direct sales team training and new agent onboarding
  • Focus on ongoing recruitment and retainment of new and existing agents
  • Act as a deal doctor and assist with transactional issues and questions
  • Drive company growth by developing and nurturing positive business relationships with agents, partners and vendors.
  • Ability to direct and lead staff as applicable
  • Run and interpret reports and publish both internally work with marketing director to publish externally
  • Ability to run weekly sales meetings
  • Foster company culture by driving agent engagement in company contests, events and initiatives
  • Work with accountant on payment processing and reconciliations
  • Consistently, effectively and successfully drive agents towards performance growth by providing expert level guidance, advice and motivation
  • Resolve escalated issues by resolving conflicts, solving problems, and providing feedback to Company management

· Conduct market research in effort to remain competitive

Qualifications:

  • Ability to commute and travel to be in office daily


Experience:

  • Real Estate License not required, but is a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience, knowledge and/or background in a real estate office
  • Contract administration, preferably in Real Estate Sales
  • Prior sales experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration or equivalent experience / certification preferred
  • Knowledge of industry software and/or ability to learn new programs quickly
  • If currently a Realtor® must have the willingness to give up a direct sales role as leadership does not compete with sales associates at company
