We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for an established legal practice in the Mobile area.
What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
- Perform administrative support of complex, sensitive, and confidential matters
- Answer inbound phone calls, maintaining excellent customer service
- Identify, track, organize appropriate files and materials
- Document relevant information and email this information to the appropriate individuals
- Assist in drafting letters, routine documents, minutes, and correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and maintain complex attorney calendar
What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Critical thinking and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
