At Weller, we have several key contributor, full-time positions available. The qualified associates are responsible for marketing to, selling of the property sites/amenities, and professionally engaging with prospective residents to lease units to qualified residents. With a compelling approach and solutions-oriented interaction, matches resident's needs to units that are available by interviewing prospects, qualifying residents, conducting tours, responding to questions about the community, overcoming objections, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
This position has a regular schedule that at times may include evenings, nights, and weekends. Physical requirements include sitting for long periods and at times required to walk to show units, climb stairs, move about including stooping, bending, and other physical requirements as detailed in the job description.
