The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests and homeowners, the check in/out process, maintaining guest and group accounts, managing incoming telephone and email correspondence. May assist other staff with the coordination of housekeeping and maintenance duties. Maintain positive owner, guest and vendor relations. *Daily Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)* * Preserve quality of Homeowner and Guest experience at Property * Scheduling Housekeeping, phone calls, computer projects * Assist on site General Manager as needed * Checking for arrivals and departures daily and updating Housekeeping report * Pre-arrival and ongoing Guest contact * Weekly inspection of high end Homes, Condos and Common Areas and preparing these for arrivals and checking after departure * Scheduling and following up on Maintenance requests * Concierge Duties * Delivering packages and performing a multiple errands and tasks * Picking up mail *Essential Job Skills/Requirements:* * College Degree preferred * Valid US driver's license is required * Resume is required * Proficient in MS Office applications - Word, Excel, and Outlook * Able to communicate with owners and guests with diplomacy and tact * Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and verbal) * Must carry and present oneself in a professional manner * Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred * Able to lift 30 lbs. The budgeted range starts at $15.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
