Sherlock Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking a full-time HVAC Outside Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal HVAC Outside Sales Consultant should have excellent communication and customer skills, take pride in their work and possess a minimum of 2 years' HVAC Outside Sales Consultant experience.

Primary Tasks for HVAC Outside Sales Consultant:

• Communicate effectively with customers while delivering excellent customer service
• Perform in-home evaluations on HVAC equipment (system type, age, etc.)
• Translate customer's desires with solutions to fit their needs and their home
• Develop and deliver sales presentations
• Negotiate and close sales calls
• Develop and maintain customer relationships

Qualifications for HVAC Outside Sales Consultant:

• Minimum 2 years' HVAC experience, Lead installers we want to train you for this!
• Problem solving and listening skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues in the field
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs., carry ladders, tools, and work in small crawl spaces
• Must comply with all safety standards, policies and procedures
• Knowledge of California HVAC Code
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must pass background screening
