. Seeking an experienced Office Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, who will provide good Customer Service both face to face in the lobby and triaging the telephone calls and scheduling (not sales).
Experience with telephone and walk in customers is a plus.
Pay and Hours:
Pay is $15-18 and up depending on work history and experience.
Hours are Monday - Friday - no weekends.

Responsibilities include:
Basic administrative duties like telephones, filing etc.
Greet clients in the lobby
Learn our software for scanning, and interacting with clients
Triage calls to the office staff
Send and receive documents using a docu-sign type product
Coordinating with vendors, etc.
