THE POSITION:
The Outside Pre-Sales position is a client-facing role with a quota focused on the number of
appointments scheduled. Individuals in this position work closely with our Service Representatives by
assisting in the coordination of complimentary inspections for potential customers within their
assigned territories. This includes door knocking in assigned neighborhoods, sharing the Legacy story
with potential customers, encouraging individuals to schedule a complimentary inspection with one of
our storm damage experts and clearly communicating scheduled appointments with your designated
Service Representative.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setting appointments for free inspections with potential customers in storm impacted areas
Coordinating scheduled appointments with Service Representatives
Confidently telling the Legacy story
Maintain consistent, transparent communication with your Outside Pre-Sales Manager and
designated Service Representative
QUALIFICATIONS:
Accountable self-starter with a strong drive for success
Ability to work independently while maintaining a consistent work ethic
Excellent communication and time management skills
Capable of thriving in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Approachable, friendly demeanor with outgoing presence
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Evening and weekend hours
Reliable transportation
Must have a valid state driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record
Exterior magnets are required to be placed on your vehicle during working hours
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Capable of spending time on your feet walking door-to-door throughout various seasons
Maintaining a clean background in order to obtain solicitation permits within designated
territories

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Sales, canvassing and/or customer service experience a plus

COMPENSATION:
Base + uncapped daily bonus structure
Average expected income for Outside Pre-Sales ranges between $55,000 - $75,000 based on
performance; earning potential is unlimited and exceeding quotas allows you to take advantage
of increased earning
In 2018, the approximate income of a new Outside Pre-Sales individual was $65,000.00
