Job Description

Purpose

An Inventory Control Coordinator (ICC) is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the Sample Fulfillment Center (SFC) inventory of raw materials and sample cuts for eCommerce customer orders and the FDX program fulfillment to stores. In addition, the ICC performs inventory functions for the PRC (Loc. 798) such as inbound receiving, outbound transfers, and inventory adjustments.

Essential Functions

Perform scheduled cycle counts and maintain all cycle count paperwork per SOP
Research all inventory-related discrepancies and make appropriate adjustments in the inventory system
Communicate to the Inventory Control Supervisor the discrepancies found during the scheduled CCYL
Propose solutions to fix the issues which may have caused and or potential may cause shrink
Audit the NIR daily in accordance with the Inventory Control SOP
Daily reconciliation of the Allocated Sales Report (ASR)
Work the weekly SILVON generated reports provided by the Inventory Control Supervisor for the following inventory codes: EX, AD, WO, VA, US & DM. to ensure correct system inventory disposition was performed. Correct discrepancies and report to the Inventory Control Supervisor for review. Archive monthly in the cycle count drawer
Conduct weekly review of the less than 50 report (SILVON) and Top 150 OH (SILVON) for exception handling
Audit all incoming and outgoing trucks, reviewing shipping and receiving documents for accuracy
Bring to the attention of the Inventory Control Supervisor any discrepancies noticed in tagging or SKU issues with merchandise
Perform system receipt of inbound POs and transfers
Aid the Inventory Control Supervisor during the physical inventory period

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Working experience: 1 to 3 years of inventory operations in a warehouse environment is preferred
Experience in the use of RF scanning/Data capture device technology applied to warehouse management systems is desired
Business analysis experience is a plus
Must be detail oriented and highly organized
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure

Working Conditions (environment)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to noisy.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

Ability to exert 10-50 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel.
The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
