RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Customer Service Associate 2 in Bohemia, NY. Responsibilities of the Senior Customer Service Associate:
  • Senior Customer Service Associate's primary responsibility will be in the area of gathering customer information, identifying request, providing immediate response information or determining routing to appropriate team for closure
  • This position is also responsible for transacting all requests for quote and processing of customer orders
  • As a Senior Customer Service Associate, you will be managing parts ships by transaction numbers, tracking processes
  • Collecting data - Exporting and importing to Excel spreadsheets


Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Senior Customer Service Associate needs High School diploma or GED/equivalent and up to 4 years experience
  • 1-2 years of data entry experience
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Cooperation - Understands the value of cooperating with coworkers
