Responsible for the successful execution of Acquisition offers, Pricing and Packaging changes, Retention Functionality, and complex initiatives, from point of ideation to execution.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for revenue attainment and profitability and success of product or group of products through development and execution of comprehensive marketing plan
  • Partners with Strategy and Content Teams to create pricing models, quarterly offering plans and drives total cost of ownership efficiencies.
  • Collaborates with Development and Delivery Teams to drive execution and delivery of Acquisition offerings, Functional Projects, Annual Price changes, and packaging changes.
  • Leads the documentation of requirements, use cases, and supporting operational processes to reduce rework, technical debt, and production-impacting issues.
  • Serves as the central point of contact between internal clients/ stakeholders and development teams.
  • Provides leadership to the teams and serves as the subject matter expert in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementation of strategic business objectives and potential and/or executed transactions.
  • Analyzes existing business and technical operations and provides solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiencies.
  • Conducts continuing product surveillance and management of established product to attain financial objectives
  • Motivates others to action, provide leadership qualities as needed, and foster teamwork.
  • Fosters strong relationships with internal and external resources. Engages with different functional teams and business units in order to drive business success and optimization.
  • Collaborates with other DIRECTV offer teams to ensure customer experience positions DIRECTV as the continued leader within the industry
  • Creates presentation materials for cross-functional teams, Sr. Leadership, and working teams.
  • All US locations will be considered

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Five years product management, business development, and or project management experience
  • Must be comfortable with conveying the value of new and emerging products, technologies or applications to senior level management and across a diverse product team
  • Product launch and lifecycle management experience
  • Previous experience leading a cross-functional organization in executing projects from ideation to completion
  • Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth professional environment
  • Must possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook

Our Lead, Business Development candidate can expect to earn between $105,000. - $210,000 yearly. Not to mention all of the other amazing rewards that working at DTV offers.
