Job Details
Bachelor's Degree in CM, Engineer or related field a plus
Minimum 7 years estimating experience in mid to large projects (healthcare, commercial, industrial etc)
Experience with estimating software and take-offs
Strong understanding of construction concepts and practices.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, and technical documents.
Must have strong math skills and deductive reasoning, excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
