Director of Finance - Non Profit

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a prestigious $30 mm non-profit organization, is seeking a Director of Finance to lead its Finance and Treasury functions. Although this company has a New York, NY headquarters, this is a role that can be 100% remote (telecommute). If you are from out of town, quarterly travel to New York will probably be required. This is a non profit that has a mission that is very appealing to creative professionals. They have a great, collaborative, and positive culture. This is also a non profit that is growing - driven by new leadership that came on board 2 years ago. So if you want growth, stability, a great culture, ability to work remote, this is the job for you! Duties of the Director of Finance will include:

• Will lead strategic finance function
• Work with Board of Directors
• Manage and mentor
• Financial analysis
• Long term planning
• Budgets and forecasts
• Cross department collaboration
• Financial modeling
• Reporting
• Complex analyses

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree a must; Advanced degree like an MBA a plus
• Director of Finance will need 7+ years of experience
• Non profit experience a plus
• NetSuite a plus
• Salesforce and Fonteva a plus
