Mosaic is transforming the delivery of our Information Technology services across our 10 state network and is seeking a new strategic leader to support the change, growth, and future vision. The director of Enterprise Technology is responsible for overseeing the operation of the Enterprise Technology team in their duties to own, develop, and maintain Mosaic's suite of applications, as well as governing the data behind the applications to provide high integrity, meaningful insights to drive decision making. Will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the structure and processes to receive business requirements and deliver technology solutions, and is expected to apply systems level thinking to design application architecture to support our data, security, scalability, and usability needs. Oversees the operation and planning for the enterprise applications

Provides regular reporting on overall health of enterprise technology and related KPI's

Ensures enterprise applications align with business objectives

Responsible for data management processes

Responsible for software development processes

Ensures alignment and architecture of technology and data

Implements processes to maximize the value from our existing applications
*
Implement processes to evaluate or create new solutions
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field, or 8-10 years of related experience.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT leadership role.
* Experience in at least one development stack. Experience in a healthcare organization preferred.
