Job Description
Our hotel client is seeking to fill a Front Desk Hospitality position . They are looking for a team player with excellent communication and people skills to ensure that each guest receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment. The positions is customer service, handling phones, scheduling guest stays, handling payment, data entry of reward points and other duties as assigned.
Must be able to:
- Multi-task, detail oriented, punctual and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Have excellent computer skills
- Proven track record of stability in positions.
- Ability to handle guests, guest complaints while keeping a smile on your face.
