Plant Operations Manager

We are seeking a Plant Operations Manager for a leading flooring manufacturer that has been in the business for 20 plus years. They are expanding and building new manufacturing facilities to keep pace with demand. This role will lead efforts to implement changes to optimize and improve production and organizational processes.Plant Operations Manager Responsibilities:Ensure all quality, productivity, safety, and customer delivery targets are consistently met or exceeded.Identify, design, and implement changes to make measurable improvements in quality, productivity and efficiencies.Prioritize production schedules based on sales forecast, equipment efficiencies, and materials supplies.Oversee and Supervise the product teams and staff in the facility.Develop and Implement metrics and report to executive managementOversight of all health and safety standards to ensure they are in compliancePlant Operations Manager Qualifications:5+ years manufacturing operations experience in a production facilityExcellent problem solving, troubleshooting skills; Solution-oriented.Demonstrated success with translating business goals into actionable plansStrong knowledge and experience with Health and Safety regulations and compliance.Familiarity with High-Speed printer a plusFamiliarity with production machinery and water cooling systems a plusPlant Operations Manager BenefitsCompetitive Salary commensurate with experiencePaid Time OffComprehensive Health Insurance24/7 Operations- Multiple shifts and FlexibilityAbility to grow as the company expands furtherNo micromanagement.
