Job Description

Overview

The Specialist will interface with Amazon City Managers & Lennar Account Managers for Customer/Model Activations and model support. Specialist will be responsible for reporting construction of new models and monitoring home automation products/experience within all Division models. The Specialist shall support New Home Consultants and Division Personnel.



Responsibilities

  • Communicate new model construction to the Regional Account Manager
  • Schedule home automation training for NHCs
  • Monitor the performance of the home automation products in each model
  • Report technology issues to the Regional Account Manager
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of home automation products in models
  • Ensure models are 100% ready for activation by completing a walkthrough and checklist
  • Work with local trades to ensure activation readiness
  • Provide feedback on training issues, effectiveness, and
  • Responsible for ensuring onsite training complies with all company/department policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain communication on status of NHC training and submit to the Lennar division leadership and the Regional Account
  • Perform onsite observations of Amazon activations
  • Monitor and respond to Home Automation KPI's.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Fundamental residential home automation knowledge
  • Basic network configuration
  • Use of test equipment (Network tester, Toner, FVD, )
  • Use of technology tools (Tablet, phone, laptop)
  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Smart home technology knowledge

Education and Experience Requirements
