Provide support to staff on all company supported applications. Troubleshoot computer problems and determine source, and advise on appropriate action. Complete application project-based work. 2-7 years of experience
Must be experienced with Windows up to and including the most current.
Must be familiar with Active Directory (AD)
Must be familiar with RSA/Secure ID
Must be familiar with how VPN functions
Must be familiar with IPV4 and IPV6
Must be familiar with Outlook/Exchange
Must be familiar with G Suite
System Admin experience is preferred.
Mac proficiency preferred
Remedy experience preferred
At Your Service preferred
SCCM experience preferred
