Regional Property Manager Arbor Management, LLC is seeking a skilled REGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER for our properties in Delaware and New Jersey. Responsibilities include: * General administration * Supervision of personnel * Budget preparation * Direct and monitor the overall physical and financial performance of a portfolio of multi-family sites. Requirements: * 5-7 years property management experience in the multi-family housing industry * Must have Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge. * Prefer Regional Management experience in the Tax Credit Housing programs. * Yardi, Rent Roll and HUD Manager experience a plus.
