Idaho Youth Ranch Volunteer Services SpecialistThe VISTA project will increase agency awareness and volunteer recruitment in the state of Idaho by developing dynamic relationships with the community to engage the helpers in moving our mission forward and bringing them on board within the agency. They will collaborate with agency stakeholders in designing and implementing a volunteer orientation for our statewide volunteer program to better engage volunteers in our mission. They will collaborate with various teams within the agency to design and implement training and retention tools for volunteers. They will collaborate with our social enterprise teams to design and implement a lead volunteer program to assist with retention and recognition of awesome volunteers.Member Duties : Our Volunteer Services VISTA member will engage the community in our mission through various ways - in a post COVID world! They will collaborate with agency teams to design and implement onboarding, training, retention and feedback tools. They will collaborate with the Community Engagement VISTA on awareness and outreach opportunities.
