Job Description

Midtown Manhattan Boutique Financial firm is looking for a Team Assistant to work hand in hand with the Chief Administrative Officer.


Position is remote at the moment (2.2021) however the preferred candidate will reside in the NYC area and will be able to commute into the office at some point.


The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a team off executives
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite


Base salary up to $ + OT + Bonus
