Purpose of Role The HR Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing site based HR activities and tasks, as well as administering HR systems and processes for local site and additional sites up to network-wide HR administration in limited areas. The HR Coordinator is responsible for non-exempt sourcing and recruitment, utilizing established methodology, as well as follow-through on associated administration and compliance. This role coordinates key HR activities and programs including, but not limited to Associate onboarding, Engagement, Performance Management and other related HR activities and programs. The HR Coordinator maintains high standards for organizational duties at the site. Further, this role is responsible for escalating HR questions, concerns and issues to the appropriate HR Manager. As the HR Coordinator is site based, they may be asked to support the responsible Regional HR Manager with an array of tasks at the HR Manager's direction. These tasks may include facilitating conversations or meetings, addressing associate relations concerns, collecting statements, communicating to Associates, etc. HR Coordinator may also be asked to support local management teams in such activities as sitting in on disciplinary discussions, participating in site leadership meetings, and coordinating site events as part of any site staff member's responsibility.
Principal Accountabilities - Administer HR systems and processes at the site level, maintain the Paycom system to provide current and accurate data for site and network as assigned.
- Maintain all associate personnel records including personnel files, attendance information, compensation history, performance reviews, etc.
- Support internal and external non-exempt recruiting and facilitate internal and external recruiting and selection processes, including pre-employment requirements and coordination of onboarding/training.
- Administer compensation policy to include pay initiatives, merit increases, zone/step movements, etc.
- Guide and train Managers and Associates on attendance management system including the administration of the attendance disciplinary and recognition activities.
- Maintain performance management process including the administration of the progressive discipline process.
- Coordinate and complete compliance reporting requirements of all HR information such as maintaining Affirmative Action reporting, OFCCP audits and others as required.
- Responsible to support all corporate initiatives and help to communicate those out to the site based associates
- Support the broader HR team with enterprise level projects.
- Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
- Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in fields related to HR, Organizational Development,
- Continuing education in HR practices, i.e. certification, SHRM, etc
- Min 3 years' experience in human resource role or similar
- Basic knowledge of legal regulation that could impact system usage or rollouts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
