As a member of our organization, you will be working to improve livelihoods, combat child labor and human trafficking, work to reduce climate change, and empower the disadvantaged. We have over 140 agriculture, environment and social development projects in over 46 countries. We combine our technical expertise with entrepreneurial innovation to improve lives around the globe.
This position will report directly to our Director of IT and work on a small team of no more than 2 people.

- Lead the collaborative effort in designing, building and implementing Office 365 business initiatives
- Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services
- Participate in gathering and analysis of business requirements for software capabilities
- Design, create and manage Office 365 SharePoint sites for domain users and external client access
- Create, leverage and manage content types, site columns and templates for re-use in the sites
- Administer and support Office 365 Azure and Exchange policies
- Manage and monitor Office 365 services and desktop support
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services
- Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring
- Lead the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support
