ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Care Center (CCC) is committed to solving our customers' needs on first contact through simple, high-quality, and personalized experiences. We currently have the following openings:
- Part-time
- Part-time Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Afternoon/Evening Shifts
The Customer Care Center supports our customers 24 hours/7 days a week. Our team members work in a shift environment that includes irregular hours, weekends, and holidays based on workload and job requirements. Schedules may change based on business need. The CCC Retention Specialist is a vital part of customer retention. Retention Specialists assists with a variety of needs which may include taking payments, providing proof of insurance and updating policy coverage and/or deductibles.
Our compensation package includes...
- Starting at $16.00 - $17.75 per hours (Retention Specialist I and Retention Specialist II)
- $1.25 bilingual pay
- 10% shift differential available for specific hours and weekends
- Employees will automatically receive a $.50 increase per hour after six months
- This opportunity offers a one-time $1,000 bonus payment to eligible employees hired or transferring into an in-language team
Selected candidates will participate in all expense paid training. This position (including training) will begin virtually from your home location. Please note that associates will be required to work from our Richardson location. All computer equipment needed to train and perform the job will be supplied to you by State Farm.
Because we invest in your training and continued growth, we ask new team members within the Customer Care Center to commit a minimum of twelve months before applying for other positions within State Farm.
Retention Specialists II includes licensed responsibilities. If selected for a role that requires licensing, you must obtain and maintain state licensing which include successfully completing all applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s), and obtain continuing education requirements.
