Position Summary and Responsibilities Summary:
Manages multiple back end office data entry and support activities required by sales, operations, quality, & security departments assuring timely customer response.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:
- Accurate & timely order entry processing of new and change orders initiated by sales department.
- Managing & supporting customer portals including timely review, processing, acknowledgement of portal orders. Portal support of company performance scorecards including delivery reconciliation.
- Processes back end order activities including customer order acknowledgment, printing, filing, and submitting orders to materials department.
- Data entry of CRM project status, customer sample orders, quality RMA notifications, & security screening.
- Collection and entering correct customer and account information into order fulfillment system.
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED and 0-2 years of order entry experience in a similar position and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent interpersonal/oral and written communication skill
- Order entry experience is a required
- MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
