What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
- Coordinate meetings and appointments as needed
- Arrange and manage a detailed calendar
- Perform basic data entry functions
- Maintain and manage files, records, and other documents
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite to complete assignments
- Provide other administrative support as needed
What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High energy and a high sense of urgency
