What you'll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Coordinate meetings and appointments as needed
  • Arrange and manage a detailed calendar
  • Perform basic data entry functions
  • Maintain and manage files, records, and other documents
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite to complete assignments
  • Provide other administrative support as needed

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
