Administrative Coordinator:

Large and established local company seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team! This company is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer service focused individual!

Job Duties:

  • Manage front door and office area in the department
  • Sorting and delivering mail
  • Scheduling/calendaring in Microsoft Outlook
  • Data entry
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of office experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • This position is forward facing so there will be interaction with the public

Pay: $17-19 per hour, depending on experience
