Silver Edge Dynamics AEM coordinator will be responsible for a sales management team of 10-30 individuals, providing training, schedules, coaching, and reporting daily sales stats to the CEO.
They will be expected to conduct weekly meetings with their team for accountability and development, in addition to running daily morning meetings, training, scheduling, payroll, hiring, hr and other ARM duties.
Their team is responsible for managing the retail sales teams, interacting with customers to handle complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organization s products and services.
Job Description
- HR, PR, Scheduling, Payroll
- New customer acquisition/drive sales
- Uphold client agreements - show up on time, positive and professional appearance/attitude
- Work with customers to find the best solution for them
- Complete product knowledge and management (paid) training 3-5 weeks
- Complete management (paid) training 12+ weeks
- Continue working with the CEO to develop hiring and training and sales skills
- Conduct meetings with management teams to report stats, learn new promos, and strategies
- Responsible for 5+ retail locations, a team of 10-30 individuals, and the sales reports/management relationships for this location.
- Will report to the hiring manager on a daily basis; during morning meetings and after shift.
- Responsible for conducting in-office training, prepared with a game plan and weekly schedules for their sales team.
Job Requirements
- 0-4 years customer service experience
- 4+ years related coursework
- 2-4 years training experience / retail experience
- 2-4 years management experience
- Punctual /Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude / Willingness to learn / Adaptability
- Skilled at building rapport with clients and retail managers
