Job Description
Peraton Corporation has a great opportunity for a Space Domain Awareness Operations Analyst, supporting our government customer in Springfield, VA.
* Provide operational support to mission critical systems including receiving, correlating, assessing, and reporting operations status from multiple sources to track significant system status events.
* Prepare both written and verbal status reports based on system activity.
* Apply customer policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
* Work under only very general direction and independently determine and develop approaches to solutions.
This position requires 24/7 support, via 12-hour rotational shifts. Travel is minimal (less than two weeks a year)
Required Qualifications
* BS/BA (or equivalent experience) with two (2+) years' satellite operations or space control experience
* One (1+) years of crew experience in an operational environment
* Great customer interaction and communication skills are a must
Desired Qualification
* Two (2+) years' satellite operations or space control experience
* Two (2+) years of Intelligence Community experience preferred
