Marketing & Communications Manager College of Business Administration Develops and implements the strategic marketing and communication functions of the College of Business Administration; manages the production of UNI Business-branded print, digital, and video marketing and communications; ensures the UNI parent brand and UNI Business child brand are cohesive and consistent in all UNI Business messaging; leads the UNI Business communications and web teams; manages relationships with vendors and suppliers; develops and implements communication plans to support the UNI Business brand and strategic mission; defines key goals and objectives for positioning the college and its programs; identifies and employs existing and emerging channels for targeted communication; supports UNI Business faculty and staff in the promotion and management of college-wide events; and collaborates with internal and external cross-functional teams to facilitate achievement of College and University strategic recruitment, retention, and brand management goals. Bachelors degree in marketing, public relations or related field plus at least five years of combined experience in developing brand marketing and public relations strategies and managing web/print publication production required. Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, creativity, team building, consensus building, and problem-solving skills; ability to be a self-starter; and experience publishing or producing a wide variety of print and digital marketing communications also required.
