The Clinical Dietitian is responsible to provide nutrition care to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Lead and coordinate the Nutrition Support Team.
What You Bring/Job Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
* Sufficient previous experience as a clinical dietitian; two years preferred.
* Knowledge of nutritional support, therapeutic diets and instructions.
* Demonstrated leadership and problem resolution skills; computer skills.
* Considerable standing and walking; visual acuity and manual dexterity to utilize computer; ability to speak clearly to provide patient instruction.
* Bachelor Degree in Dietetics; completion of an approved dietetic internship or equivalent.
* Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetics Association, or registry eligible.
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
