Job Description

What You Will Do: Responsible for the strategy of commercializing occupational health services and programs to employer organizations and providing leadership for developing and overseeing the organization's associate health programs. Develop methods to measure improvements in the overall health status of the associates and external employers served by the organization.Develop and lead the strategy for commercializing occupational health services and program offerings to employer organizations.Plan and execute programs that promote health, safety and well-being.Leverage technologies to transform care, improve access, and ultimately improve health outcomes for associates and external employers.Develop and implement occupational and virtual health initiatives, including development of new employer programs, virtual health programs and other supported services for associates.Promote development of system-wide standard work to improve access, value, and patient experience. In conjunction with leadership, develop, implement, coordinate and integrate all associate and occupational health activities throughout the organization.Provide visionary leadership for performance improvement and quality initiatives which achieves high quality of care and safety goals.Ensure that the system meets regulatory and compliance requirements.Align associate health and occupational medicine initiatives with other functions such as Human Resources, Direct to Employer (DTE), Insurance, and Risk and Quality. What You Will Need: Education:Bachelor's degree required.Master's degree preferred.Work Experience:7 years of experience required.10 years of experience preferred.5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
