What You Will Do: As a Compliance Director with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to lead and direct compliance activities and resources.Oversee development and implementation of compliance measures corresponding to professional standards of conduct, as well as applicable federal, state and local laws.Oversee development and implementation of compliance measures taken to meet applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.Develop and administer long and short-term business strategies reflecting the divisional strategic plan.Approve promotions, demotions, hiring/terminations, and has direct authority for paying and status changes for associates or groups of associates within business unit.Implement cost savings procedures, while increasing product and service delivery within a business unit. What You Will Need: Education:High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.Master's degree preferred.Work Experience:5 years of experience required.10 years of experience preferred.2 years of leadership or management experience required.5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
