Job Description
Peraton is seeking a Senior Malware Analyst Lead for a position within our Homeland Security sector in Arlington, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award.
What you'll do…
* Be responsible for overseeing a team of experienced malware analysts
* Perform security event and incident correlation using information gathered from a variety of sources within the enterprise.
* Perform cyber incident triage to include determining scope, urgency, and potential impact; identify the specific vulnerability and make recommendations which enable expeditious remediation.
* Track cyber actions from initial detection through final resolution.
* Analyze and assesses damage to the data / infrastructure.
* Perform cyber engineering trend analysis and reporting.
You'd be a great fit if…
* You have a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
* You have an active TS clearance.
* You have proven knowledge with dynamic and static analysis
* You are familiar with tools such as IDAPro and Ollydbg
It'd be even better if you…
* Have GREM or CREA certifications preferred
SECURITY CLEARANCE
This position requires you to have and maintain a Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI and agency suitability. In order to obtain a clearance you need to be a US Citizen and show proof of citizenship.
