A prestigious company is on the search for a Sr. IAM Administrator - Saviynt. This administrator must have at least 1 year minimum of Saviynt IAM operational administration support experience. This is an operational support role but any experience with configuration of connectors is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Stay current on supported technologies through various training opportunities
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, procedures and policies relating to administrative function
- Participate in 24 x 7 on call rotation
- Maintain and enhance server platforms and related computing environments including cloud and on premise virtual and physical server hardware, operating systems, applications software and all configurations
- Demonstrate professional level experience in diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve: hardware, software or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
- Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate server access and use
- Coordinate and implement server and systems security measures to protect data, software and hardware
- Lifecycle and Asset management - tracking and identification of all team supported hardware and software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or technical degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of expert level experience in Infrastructure administration as it relates to the hardware and software components that align to technologies supported at Client
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts
- 3-6 years of industry experience in customization, configuration and deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products such as Saviynt or SailPoint
- Thorough domain knowledge on the below areas of IGA
- User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation
- Auditing, Reporting and user activity Monitoring
- Access Certification
- SOD
- Possess professional level industry certification(s)
- Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP)
- 5 or more years of expert level experience in Infrastructure administration as it relates to the hardware and software components that align to technologies supported at Clients
- Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Provide accurate and timely updates to work tickets, incidents and outages
- ITIL Foundation certified
- 5+ years of administrative experience in an environment supporting 300+ production Microsoft Windows Servers
- 3+ years of experience providing administrative experience in an environment supporting Linux operating system
- 5+ years of experience supporting VMware Virtual Infrastructures
- 4+ years of experience supporting server hardware platforms such as: Cisco UCS, Dell, HP
- 2+ year(s) of experience supporting cloud infrastructures such as: Azure, AWS
- 2+ years of experience supporting and tuning administration tools such as SolarWinds & MS SCOM
Specialized knowledge
- Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of security/authorization model of popular enterprise and SaaS applications like SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, etc
- Experience in Powershell, Unix Shell/Perl Scripting, Batch Jobs
