At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator and competitive advantage in the markets we serve. We are all united in delivering the best experience for our customers. As a Compliance Associate Sr - CART within PNC's Repurchase and Agency Delivery organization, you will be remotely based.
In this position you will, using underwriting experience, perform the following job duties:
• Review repurchase demands, government deficiencies and notice of defects received from investors to determine if the cause for the demand or notice is valid per guidelines, contracts, etc.
• Review exceptions found at time of delivering loans to the investors that prevent the loan from being sold. This review is to determine and provide the cure to clear the defect.
• Complete the due diligence reviews and Investor Notification process.
Due to the roles and responsibilities of the job, experience with mortgage underwriting is preferred.
Job Description
- Provides guidance and technical support for the implementation of compliance programs and practices. Works with business units to establish or change procedures and to assure compliance.
- Investigates and resolves compliance issues. Implements systems and procedures for entering and tracking compliance guidelines. Assists new employees with training.
- Oversees logs, indexes, files, computer databases and other records pertaining to compliance and risk.
- Assists in the preparation of compliance audits. Reviews regulatory agency reports and participates in formulating responses and corrective actions.
- Oversees the dissemination of information about new and ongoing compliance requirements, challenges and solutions.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
