Job Description
Peraton is seeking a Senior Mission Support Analyst in Arlington, VA for a position within our Homeland Security sector. This position is contingent upon contract award.
* Support coordination with partners during major incidents, facilitating information exchange, and responding to requests for information or assistance.
* Manage communication channels utilized to coordinate with partners (e.g., team email inboxes and phonelines) and respond accordingly in a high pace operational environment.
* Support implementation and management of a Customer Relationship Management solution for the customer to track bilateral and multilateral relationships with cybersecurity partners, to include administrative support functions such as process development and data entry.
* Ensure that customer products, services, and capabilities continuously improve to better meet current and future customer requirements.
* Assist in the creation and implementation of customer feedback mechanisms and implement improvements with operational products and services.
* Conduct program assessment and analysis to streamline administrative processes and enhance team operations to improve program efficiency.
* Track and document branch activities, accomplishments, and deliverables on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
* Contribute to the development of workflow documentation (e.g., standard operating procedures, work instructions).
Required Qualifications:
* An active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI and agency suitability.
* You have a bachelor's with 8+ years of relevant experience. 6 additional years will be considered in lieu of degree
* You have 5+ years' experience working with a Federal Customer
