Title: Administrative Assistant (Customer Coordinator)

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
Pay Range: $45-50K/year (Depending on experience)

Our client located in Elmsford, NY is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Customer Coordinator). This individual must be cooperative and have a professional service orientation. They must be a dependable person and a person with integrity.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer needs, complaints or inquiries from customers.
Read, analyze, and interpret reports.
Write letters and memos that conform to prescribed style and format.
Effectively present information to top management.
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information, works well in group problem solving situations.
Communicate effectively and professionally with our staff and customers, both verbal and written.
Utilize office equipment (telephone, copiers, scanners, fax, printers, etc.).
Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and information.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Order supplies, filing, answer phones.
Schedule deliveries and pickups and keep schedules up to date.
Ensure customer files are up to date.
Act as a "lead" periodically as designated by their manager.
Must maintain confidentiality.
Attend all company sponsored training courses, as needed.
Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
5+ Years of experience with administration or customer care experience.
