- Lead the conceptualization, innovation and strategic evolution of the wine club.
- Design and manage a seamless and outstanding club Member experience; including both digital and on-site.
- Develop new member acquisition, engagement and retention strategies to meet annual objectives and budget.
- Lead collaboration between Director of Beverage & Marketing Team to develop club programming; including product, logistics, campaign and promotion strategies.
- Enlist Operations, Training and Store Leaders to execute an on-brand Member experience.
- Create and manage an exceptional Member support strategy; including prompt and effective Guest communications and recovery.
- Manage the eCommerce platform; including content and communications strategy, vendor management, payment processing, in-store and online offer redemption.
- Work with Marketing Team to develop club CRM database.
- Manage and communicate all club orders to Beverage Team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Wine Club Director will be responsible for collaborating on the creation, successful launch and strategic growth of the Postino Wine Club. The ideal candidate will have the experience and acumen to lead and undertake the daily responsibilities to support the wine club.
