Commercial Closing Coordinator

Sunmark's Commercial Lending (Business Services) team is Growing!

The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate and prepare real estate documents to ensure timely and accurate closing. Request and review insurance binders at time of scheduling, to confirm all Sunmark requirements are met and save documentation accordingly. At times may need to talk to members and/or their insurance agents to request necessary changes. Work with closing attorney to confirm all required documentation is received and electronically filed prior to closing in addition to creating/updating physical files and electronic files post-closing. Will also assist with additional post-closing items such as refilling supplies, organizing and sanitizing room, etc. Providing clerical support to attorney for closing related matters. Assist with greeting members upon arrival to closing, gathering photo IDs and making copies as needed, and being generally available to assist loan officer and attorney with creating the best member experience during closing.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of high school diploma/equivalent and 3 years of real estate closing experience. Paralegal experience preferred. Must have strong attention to detail with excellent communication, computer and time management skills.
