EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- College degree Chemistry (+ 3-5 work experience)
- Knowledge in ISO systems and quality tools
- Experience in personnel management to implement and monitor standards
- Experience in internal audits
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 and 22000 standards
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Good knowledge of food and flavor regulations
- Knowledge of raw materials
- Implement, Manage, Maintain and Develop quality / safety(security) systems of products
- Lead the writing of the various documents with the correct staff
- Update all documents with correct staffs and control distribution
- Respect and control quality and security system standards
- Complete customer specifications
- Complete technical information of raw materials
- Draft technical documentation of final products (TDS,MSDS,…)
- Ensure customer audits
- Carry out supplier audits
- Ensure audit and follow up of certification: Organic, Kosher, Halal, …
- Non conformities management with Sales
- Provide Training for new employee
- Control company standard rules
- ISO Procedures
- To have a good knowledge of potential Risks in the company, know and apply ISO hygiene instructions
- Know the specific documents content and their display locations.
