Assistant Property Manager

A local non-profit company is looking for its next Assistant Property Manager! This is a temporary assignment that can turn into a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. In your new role you will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in maintaining relationships with not only residents, but other departments within the organization as well as suppliers, vendors, and the community. Assistant Property Manager
Location: Marysville, WA
Rate of Pay: You can earn up to $19.00 per hour depending upon experience! Pay increases after the probationary period and is based upon performance and attendance.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm - up to 30 hours per week

What you get to do:
-Work in the affordable housing department and check for certifications
-Assists manager with processing invoices, work orders, waiting list applications and voicemails, and applicant housing and income packets
-Filing, sorting, and other clerical duties as required
-Prioritize workload
-Auditing files
-Customer service
-Other duties as assigned

What you need to be successful:
-1 year of property management or leasing experience
-Experience with affordable housing
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Exceptional communication skills including reading, writing, and typing
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands and tasks
-ability to lift 25 pounds
