ITAC Solutions is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a client in the Mobile area.
What you'll be doing (duties of this position):
- Drafting pleadings
- Issuing subpoenas
- Managing document production
- Preparing witnesses and deposition summaries
- Assisting with trial preparation and attending the trial
- Communicating with clients, court personnel, experts, and attorneys in matters assigned to multiple attorneys
What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
- 5+ years of extensive litigation experience
- Must have prepared for and attended trials
- Excellent organizational and people skills
