General Laborer

Parallel Employment Group is seeking candidates for immediate openings with our Precious Metals Recycling client located on Central Avenue in Lancaster NY!

The immediate openings for General Laboring are on 1st shift from 7:15am until 3:45pm Monday - Friday.

(Please note that the schedule allows for bus route accessibility!)

Starting Rate of Pay: $13.50 per hour

In this position you will be responsible for a variety of tasks around the plant including, but not limited to;

• Cleaning and preparing areas around the machine shop
• loading/unloading incoming and outgoing shipments of products/materials
• Use of hand/power tools, etc.
• continued growth of job knowledge to take on additional roles

Job Requirements:

Steel Toe Work Boots are required. (a magnet test will be performed to ensure safety guidelines are met)

Ability to lift 40-50 lbs as needed.
