Job Description

Office Manager / Bookkeeper

  • Must work 5 days a week in the office
  • Order any and all supplies on Staples, Amazon, etc.
    • Able to price compare and find best pricing to order with approval from Controller
  • Answering phones and forwarding accordingly
    • Checking voicemails daily and providing necessary responses
  • Greeting visitors
  • Approve Insertion Orders in CRM System
  • Able to lift small or light boxes
  • Deposit all checks into the bank using remote scanner or driving to the bank if necessary
  • Communicate with building maintenance for any office issues

Qualifications

  • Must have a reliable car to travel to Post Office daily for mail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, general computer knowledge, and CRM knowledge
  • Prior experience in office administration is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
