Job Description

Position: Administrator Coordinator
Location: Detroit MI 48202
Duration: 10 Months contract (possible extension)
Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 AM -5 PM

Job Description:
This person will be doing administrative tasks in regard to IRB coordination
Under general direction, performs a variety of support duties of a confidential nature.
Communicates with high level personnel outside of the System on a variety of subjects, requiring a thorough knowledge of department policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible work experience to function at an independent level.
  • Requires strong communication skills in order to positively interface with upper management and visitors.
  • Requires strong administrative skills in order to organize the flow of work through the office in an effective manner.
  • Analytical ability to gather data, compile reports, work on special projects, and so forth.
  • Good writing skills required.
  • Must have the ability to use a variety of computer software packages.
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a Health related field
  • Must have regulatory experience, IRB, and Administrative
