Stefanini Group is looking for a HR Taleo System Admin - Remote that can start ASAP.Location: Remote - preferred Central Time Zone - must be able to support hours of 8am-4pm Central.The HR Technology contractor will provide strategic and tactical support to all lines of business at all levels in all geographies regarding HR Talent systems, including but not limited to Applicant Tracking system (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).Specific tasks include development of reports, running daily audits, making configuration updates and changes to the system, managing security and workflow setup. Additional tasks include collaborating with the Program Management team on various projects, including gathering of requirements, partnering in solution design, testing and delivery.Key responsibilities:Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems. Provide user support through timely resolution of incidents, implementing new releases, completing configuration and fulfillment of user requests, and systems availability.Meet with appropriate personnel to garner cooperation, gather requirements, and resolve problemsStay informed of system enhancements/modificationsEvaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, i.e. software upgradesResponsible for implementation of new configurationSeek alternatives that better meet the business needs. Support process improvement activities with stakeholders to align systems and processes to deliver integrated HR solutions to business leaders, managers, and employees.Triage production support issues to be able to engage team members as required.Perform IT functions such as design, evaluation, testing, debugging, implementation and integration of applications supporting Human Resources processes and operationsSeek opportunities to build relationships with key customers and business partners.Partners with the user by listening carefully and going beyond the surface issues to understand underlying challenges/needsExplains technical information in 'easy to understand' language for users, helps users appreciate the technical requirements and limitations of a given technologyKnows and follows guidelines for handling confidential or sensitive information appropriatelyEvaluate and solve business challenges for the client through a ticketing system with stringent SLA guidelinesConsistently produce clear, concise status reports
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of working with ERP/HRMS/Recruiting systemsStrong problem solving, collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong Microsoft Office Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, WordStrong verbal and written communications skillsAbility to manage requirements and work with a team of functional and technical staff.Must be analytical, detail oriented and quality conscious. Attention to data integrity issues.Excellent time management, organizational and prioritizing skills.Ability to work both cooperatively and independently in a fast paced, ever changing high priority environment.Oracle"s Taleo Applicant Tracking system experience is required.Experience with requirement analysis, design implementation, testing and deployment of complete cloud recruitment solutionSupport experience working with Taleo Passport vendors or API"s related to e-verify, Drug testing, assessment etc.Experience with integrating Taleo and Social SourcingNeeds to be proficient functionally and technicallyEffectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignmentsFollows through on all assignments and takes ownership of client issuesExperience with Zoom, Avature, Workday, and Taleo strongly preferredOracle Certification is a plus.Experience with integrating other HRIS applications like Workday, Smashfly and Avature using Taleo Client Connect is a big plus
