Mercer Pension Administration Systems Functional Lead

Location: Remote

Mercer is seeking a pension administration systems lead who will implement and support Mercer's co-sourced pension system. The technology is based on PeopleSoft (HCM product).

  • Be in a client-facing role. Interact with clients to set expectations, attend meetings and manage billing
  • Configure and test the PeopleSoft pension administration system

We will count on you to:

  • Review and interpret pension plan documents
  • Analyze data
  • Draft requirements documentation (data imports, data extracts, pension calculations, website and communications)
  • Facilitate client training of the pension administration system
  • Configure and test the PeopleSoft HCM pension administration system
  • Support 2 - 5 clients and provide assistance with tickets, research and analyze problems and develop client based solutions
  • Write change proposals for enhancements
  • Coordinate with technology team
  • Coordinate resources to meet client needs and close client related tickets
  • Facilitate client status calls
  • Handle annual processing of client systems, including testing

What you need to have:

  • Defined benefit pension knowledge
  • PeopleSoft pension module experience
  • SQL
  • Pension administration and pension implementation experience
  • Testing experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
