RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a US Army - Financial Improvement Program (FIP) in Woodbridge, VA.
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of federal IT audit experience required with experience with financial auditing and A-123 testing
- Seeking candidates who possess auditing, audit readiness, IT systems controls, and other relevant financial and accounting experience as a civil servant, service member, or defense contractor
- Candidates must have a firm understanding of DoD accounting and audit practices
- Significant FISCAM testing experience performing IT audits to evaluate controls, security, segregation of duties, and execute audit procedures
- General understanding of how Standard Lifecycle Development (SDLC) programs function
- Experience with interpreting controls and analyzing highly technical system documentation is required
- Must be mission-focused and able to multitask; And must be able to track all project deadlines and follow-up on their timely completion
- Additional qualities required: self-starter, able to communicate effectively, intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel, and risk assessment and analysis skills
