SUMMARY:
Under minimal direction, the Supervisor, Public Relations partners with the Director of Communications & PR to develop and execute corporate public relations strategies to promote the Firm's business initiatives. This individual will manage and drive the enhancement of Firm public relations efforts to include branding, firm sponsored events, awards strategy and media relations efforts. The role will prioritize developing national media relationships and tracking ROI on all earned and paid media opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the implementation of public relations plans for Kforce to increase profitability through brand awareness and maintain a favorable public image.
- Manage targeted media relations activities and build strategic alliances with local and national media partners to promote the business in select markets and industries.
- Seek out and develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and ensure consistent branding of interviews, digital or in-person events, articles and speaking engagements are in the best interest of the Firm.
- Develop and refine measurement strategies of PR campaigns to drive revenue generation, including tracking press coverage and related reporting for Kforce.
- Monitor and analyze the public relations strategies, policies, and programs of other similarly sized companies to proactively recommend steps and initiatives to remain competitive.
- Partner with FSO teams to execute integrated campaigns by establishing the opportunity, creating, and editing relevant content to be leveraged across multiple marketing channels to include website, press releases, email signatures and printed collateral.
- Partner and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure quality products and user experience for Kforce branded merchandise, event displays, stationery, and other branding materials as needed.
- Lead Firm awards strategy alongside teammates to include national, local and individual recognition for the Firm.
- Work effectively with the internal Corporate Social Responsibility committee to project the Firm's reputation.
- Manage and lead direct report(s) with strategic guidance, mentorship and task prioritization.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of public relations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or Journalism preferred. Agency experience a plus.
